有位买家不小心下错标了，要我帮他开dispute console.
请教前辈我该怎麽处理?? 第一次遇到这种状况...

I`m sorry, i`ve made a mistake, please send me dispute console to cancel
transaction without warns.
想请教dispute console要在哪里开??
