标题[问题] 请问关於live.com 付款的问题

我使用live.com上ebay买东西
确定要购买的时候却出现
卖家不合cash back规定的讯息

This offer requires you to check out on eBay / PayPal but this seller
requires a third-party checkout.
但是我看完卖家的付款说明
对方很明确的在商品中写到只收paypal
PayPal is the ONLY payment method we allow at this time.
请问这个讯息到底要不要理会?
很怕我按下确定却没有拿到30%阿
另外，可以请问third-party指的是什麽意思?
