标题[问题] paypal accunt link eBay account 疑问?

大家好
前几天才刚在 paypal 帐户里认证了信用卡,帐户也显示 Verified
可是在 ebay 要问卖家问题时却又出现 attention 说我没有 link paypal account
重点是我的 paypal account 那边有显示
Your eBay account is linked with your Paypal account :.....
想请问大家这样在ebay还是无法提问是哪边出了问题?
