标题[问题] Paypal 信用卡交易 被限制 该怎麽办?

我在ebay上买东西 都是透过 Paypal信用卡付款
之前几次付款也都ok
但是最近买了两件东西
金额也不高 $135 USD
结果Paypal告诉我
We were not able to process your payment.
Please contact PayPal customer service for further assistance
超火大 直接打去新加坡客服问
她是说 侦测到交易有风险 所以不让我付款
请问有人有遇过这种问题吗???
有什麽方式可以解决呢?

还有一堆东西标了没付款耶 = =
