标题[问题] 网路购物但是英文看不太懂

We ship worldwide. For all non-US deliveries, we ship using the United States
Postal Service. We make every attempt to get our items to you within 2 – 3
weeks. There is an additional $17.50 (USD) charge to our standard shipping
rates except where noted above. The customer is responsible for tariffs
imposed by the country of import and are not billed.
我只看得懂他可以寄世界各地 然後都是用美国邮政
两三个礼拜到
可是运费17.5那边我就看不太懂了
是一件物品就17.5还是全部17.5
还是说一开始就加17.5然後再逐件计算??
