Not exactly. It depends on your bank's policy. Your bank may let you
use more money than you have in your account but charge you interests
and over withdrawn fee.I accidentally used my debit card to pay my tuition
(more than $4000USD) and passed. However, at that time, I only had $500USD
in my account. Of course, I was charged $30USD fees by the bank.
My suggestion is don't use it, if you don't have enough balance
in your account!
