标题[问题] EBAY Loss Prevention Department 来信通知问题?

在EBAY上购物,汇款二周多还没收到物品,
汇款前後几天与卖家都有沟通,他也说寄出物品(但没证据)
但今天又收到了一封EBAY寄来的通知,告诉我这个卖家可能有问题,
物品网页被移除,看他评价也有刚一位给他负评说没收到物品并开了claim
物品金额不小,所以我立刻也开了索赔,原因选卖家可能诈欺
我的说明附上EBAY来信内容及他的评价也刚有人说未收到,
想请问大家有欲过这样的案例吗?
金额是否能成功要的回来,
蛮紧张的.....大约6K左右的东西
或是我还能做什麽处置呢???
