标题[问题] eBay的Merging Accounts服务终止???

印象中...
eBay有Merging Accounts (Combining Two User IDs and Feedback)的服务,
可是最近好像不能用了???
进Help page搜寻, 搜寻到标题,
但却无法连结到Merging Accounts的功能网页,
请问有人知道怎麽一回是吗???
