他原文是说
With your arm relaxed, place your hand on your hip with your elbow
at a 90-degree angle. Start at the middle of the back of your neck
amd mesure over your shoulder and down your arm to your wrist.
意思是说
手放轻松 把手放在屁股上 然後手肘呈现90度
拿尺 从背後脖子正中央开始量 经过肩膀 再量到手腕
这样量的意思 是要估计手弯曲後不会袖子变太短 我猜啦
那他的尺寸是inch喔 小心不要像强者我朋友量半天的公分找不到自己的size XD
