现在的问题是我开了dispute为什麽
变成seller
Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim
.....
还有我刚开始开的dispute是东西没收到(而不是东西不符那项)!!
可是後来东西有收到了!!
我就跟他说我要寄回去请他要付担运费 !!
那paypal现在给我答覆是

那我接下来要怎麽做?? 因为在dispute上面也不能发言了 那要怎麽做???
