收到回信了 是他们系统的问题
结论是只能等他们修好
It is a known issue to us, and our relative department is trying hard tofix
it now. If you want the buyers to know the shipping information, I am afraid
you may need to find another way to notify them. And I will transfer your
problem to our relative department too, sorry for the inconvenience.
