之前我有写过文章 因为卖家寄了与商品不符的东西给我 之後我就开dispute 接着他也很帅气地结束沟通直接提claim 经过一个多月的调查结果出来了 paypal把我付的金额判给我 但先退给卖家 好像是要我把商品寄回并提供tracking number後才会收到退款 不过我比较不懂的是这一段： Please note that you will be required to provide a valid tracking number that can be tracked online through the shipping company's website, showing the merchandise was delivered to the seller's confirmed address. For transactions equal to $250.00 USD (or the equivalent in the currency of the transaction) or more in value, you will also need to provide an online proof-of-receipt in the form of a signature from the recipient. 请问各位那个"250美金"是什麽意思阿？ 我下标的东西是150美金+运费60美金 就等於是我还是得自己承担寄回给卖家的运费吗？ 还是说会多判赔40块的运费给我？！ 我不是很懂 所以请各位为我指点迷津 感谢 ^^" --
