标题[PYPL] paypal在耍我吗?

之前因为没登记信用卡 所以帐号被Limited了
上周我已经登入了信用卡 及四码的授权码
但paypal依然要我传真身分证 护照以兹证明我的身分 我也照做了
但没想到paypal不但没有解除limit 还寄一封信给我
内容为

我不懂 我明明就没有别的paypal帐户 这是我第一次申请信用卡并注册
为什麽会这样呢? 写信给paypal 也总是制式的回覆
有人能帮忙吗? 我快疯了
