标题[问题] 关於Ebay认证

请问现在如果没有通过Ebay的信用卡认证是不是就不能问卖家问题啊?
我每次一按下送出问题的键就会弹出叫我认证的提示

eBay may require additional verification when you are listing,
bidding or communicating with members registered on a different site
than your own. At this time, we ask that you provide a valid credit card
to verify your account
这样是不是一定要认证後才能问啊?
因为之後去My folder->sent里面并没有我刚刚问的问题
