找一个银行的外汇窗口，把以上资料
给他看，说你要汇多少钱，他会帮你算成台币加手续费，
给他钱就可以了，汇款到德国如果是有和那个台湾的银行签约
的银行隔天就会到了，没有直接千转帐约的话，要二转三转，
最後对方收到的可能是缩水的帐款。
