他们是要一个美国的帐单地址跟电话
或许你可以把帐单地址设你美国朋友家的试试
之前的经验是
有时候台湾的银行会以帐单地址不符拒绝授权
有些比较随便的银行就会让你直接刷 (中国信托好像蛮好过的)
