不是吧....
他是说你已经在他们某个门市或是相关的店有消费过（大概是指台湾的？），
而且有加入会员？所以理论上，你已经有一张暂时的Esprit 卡
那张卡上面有号码，把那个卡号输入後，
他们就会把的资料弄在一起，并且一并计算该店的e点数
