之前有爬过文,知道paypal几乎不大认证non-US accounts的寄件地址 , 後来我在eBay上跟一个卖方买东西,他可以寄台湾但是等我付款了之後 才跟我说不寄unconfirmed address. 我就回信跟他说paypal好像不会认证国外帐户的地址 他又回信气呼呼的说他有打电话去paypal问,然後paypal跟他说是绝对可以的 这时我就纳闷了,我就写信去paypal请他们帮我认证我的寄件地址 (我的shipping address 和billing address 是一样的). 然後paypal就回信给我如下: A Confirmed Shipping Address is either an address at which you receive your credit card statements, and is checked by our automated system to verify the billing address of the card, or an address that PayPal has confirmed through an *Alternate Address Confirmation process. Also, in general, most non-U.S. addresses cannot be confirmed at this time. To confirm your address immediately, add a credit card to your PayPal account. If your billing address passes our verification system, your street address will be automatically confirmed. If you are required to complete the Expanded Use Enrollment Process, your credit card will be activated, but your street address may not be confirmed. If you do not have a credit card billing address that matches the address you would like to confirm, you may try to confirm this address through our *Alternate Address Confirmation process. However, this process does not guarantee that your alternate address can be confirmed. *The Alternate Address Confirmation process is currently not available to non-U.S. accounts. Please Note: If you applied and were approved for a PayPal Plus Credit Card or a PayPal Buyer Credit account, the address used on your application is confirmed on your PayPal account. 所以我想请教的是,我的帐户已经注册一年多了,也早已通过信用卡认证,那我目前还需要 怎麽做呢？　能否请有经验的板友告诉我一下？ 谢谢大家了！ :) --
