标题[问题] 信用卡的问题

收到以下的回覆信 所以订单被取消
"We did receive your order, but it has not made it through verification.
The credit card billing address which is International does not match
with the information the bank has on file. In an effort to protect
our customers from credit card and identity fraud, we have cancelled
your order and refunded the credit card"
该网站无法将货物送到台湾 他的shipping address有个下拉选项就没有Taiwan
可是又必须确认信用卡的billing address 原本的做法是将东西寄到美国朋友
再用自己的卡买单 但似乎行不通 想请问是否有人有过类似的情形呢
