APPIANO GENTILE - After a warm-up and some stretching exercises, Roberto Manci
ni split the Nerazzurri into two groups for the continuation of Monday evening'
s training session at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre.
Those who played against Bolton did a light session, while the rest of the squa
d alternated tactical exercises with ball possession and individual technique w
ork with Fernando Orsi and Fausto Salsano.
Training concluded after an eight-a-side practice match on a reduced-size pitch
. The team wearing yellow bibs beat those wearing black by six goals to three.
Julio Cruz and Isah Eliakwu both scored twice, with (Roberto Mancini), Emre Beloz
oglu, Giorgos Karagounis, Giovanni Pasquale and Ianis Zicu also on target.
小弟英文不才，但是看了ㄧ下是今天早上8人分边的热身赛！
最後是写进球的球员，Cruz两球很好~~Eliakwu两球也很好，但是再来Roberto Mancini
天啊，这不是教练大大嘛~~怎麽他也脚痒想踢踢看啊！
不过能有一位肯上场亲自教的教练倒是很赞欧！
