标题[险种] 请问以前买的儿童意外险有赔丧葬费用吗？

小朋友刚出生有买宏泰的RPA200万
当时买的旧RPA没有丧葬费用，但现在版本的RPA有丧葬费用
问题1. 想问旧RPA会不会赔丧葬费用？
问题2.如果旧版不赔丧葬费用，那可以把旧版降成140万，加保60万新版吗？
