StuffPlug & PLUS
Stuffplug +PLUS
(XP or vista or win7): XP SP3

-Stuffplug 3 does NOT have this oversized emoticon feature
Stuffplug 3
-Stuffplug 3 is only compatible with WLM 8.5.1302
-Stuffplug 2 seems to have had that feature of uploading
bigger emoticons than the standard 19x19 and 50x50 (for gif);
however, it only works with MSN 7 + Plus! (And somehow I tried
and tried but it doesnt seem compatible and there are few
downloads of it left)
Stuffplug 2
WLM 7+ PLUS
