It is a area with relative high concentration of foreigners. However, this area is in a small enclave in the norther suburb. It is far away from the real "Mumbai" tourists go (in the south.) You will have a pretty good life if you live and work there, but transportation to other part of town will be relatively difficult. You can find tissues anywhere in Mumbai. Some foreigners only drink bottled water. I've drunk tap water for a couple months (by accident) without problem. Usually people buy gallons of filter/bottle water, or install Aquaguard. I don't use contact lenses, but that wouldn't be a issue either. : 先寄一些卫生纸过去......囧, 我是女生所以可能比较麻烦 : sorry,问了一堆问题,最近又把"世界是平的"这部电影看了一次XD --
