标题[问题] EB1b被放错种类

大家好
我在今天五月同时file 140和485
140在5/20已经过了 种类是EB1-b
七月中的时候按了指纹
但是因为身份转换等了有点久写信请congressman去问
过一个月後congressman那里得到USCIS的回覆:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.
Our records indicate that your constituent’s priority date (5/13/25) is not
yet current. For their priority date to be current, it must be earlier than
the Final Action cut-off date listed on the Department of State Visa Bulletin
for their preference category. The Visa Bulletin is available on the
Department of State website at www.state.gov. Once their priority date is
current and an immigrant number becomes available, USCIS will resume
processing your constituent’s application.
但是EB1应该一直是current 看起来是USCIS搞错
我已经请congressman回覆他们了
请问我还有没有什麽办法跟USCIS联络请他们更正?
