又等了两年，再来请教FB4 进度的问题。
今天用I-797C上面的 receipt number到
https://egov.uscis.gov查询，
讯息是写:
Case Migrated To ELIS
On June 12, 2024, we moved your case into our electronic immigration system for
processing. We have assigned a new receipt number to your case, IOExxxxxxxxxx.
Please use this new receipt number when interacting with USCIS or viewing
updates on your case.
You may use your USCIS online account to track your case anytime from anywhere. If you do not have a USCIS online account, you can create one on our website.
We will notify you by mail if we need any additional information.
If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing
address.
然後用新的IOE号码去查，讯息是：
Case Was Received Receipt Notice Not Sent
On June 12, 2024, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative,
Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxxxx, into our electronic immigration system for
processing. Our records show nothing is outstanding on your case at this time. We will notify you by mail if we need any additional information to process your case.
You may use your USCIS online account to track your case anytime from anywhere. If you do not have a USCIS online account, you can create one on our website.
If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing
address.
请问要设定account去track的话是指用申请人（我们公民）的资讯，还是被申请人
（台湾家人）的个资来设定USCIS account呢? 修改地址的话，主要是得改我们申请人的？
还是台湾被申请人的地址？

BTW, 我刚看目前FB4应该是排到2009年1月，他们的 Priority Date 是
November, 2013，还有得等了。

想说大概也排了十年，或许两三年内会有些动静，请问这个有没有办法追踪进度呢？
还是只能等USCIS主动联系後续？若有资料要改，现在应该如何处理呢？
