标题[问题] 485 pending中F1身分失效

想请教大家一个问题
485已经pending一年多
当初申请是用F1身分申请的
因为硕班提早毕业现在已经没有F1身分了
今天收到USCIS的补件通知 说要就学的证明
但485 pending不是就可以合法居留了吗？
为什麽还需要我提出证明？
若我提出的证明显示已经毕业会有什麽影响吗？

your F-1 status by providing evidence of your school enrollment and
