以下是整个流程包含第一次面试发生意外後的时间轴 03/2022 Paid and received the DV payment receipt ($330*2= $660 for two applicants) 04/2022 Filed the I-485 applications for two applicants 05/2022 Completed Biometrics for two applicants 06/2022 Attended the interview for two applicants - the USCIS officer at the interview told me that they have not received my wife's case file from your office so they are not able to process her application. 06/22/2022 Contacted KCC 06/26/2022 KCC replied with the general guidance as same as the contents showed on the official website 06/27/2022 Filled out the DS-260 06/28/2022 Walked-in to the field office 在第二次与面试官会面时，我们提到已经联络KCC，但KCC仅提供官方的回覆。 同时我们在官方网站上发现有提到"It will not be necessary for you to contact the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) for any further information or instructions if you are eligible and apply to adjust status in the United States."，因此我们试图说服面试官并表示我们 付了DV payment fee照理说他们就能处理之後程序。 然而，面试官还是坚持她没收到我太太的资料，并要求我们继续等待。 (当天supervisor似乎是远端工作又没法直接当面询问) 一度洽谈失败後，只好再次寄信给KCC请他们加速并将我太太的资料移交给USCIS。 KCC於6/30回覆他们会将我提供的讯息转交给相关部门。 最後，没想到当天晚上我们的CASE STATUS就变成"New card is being produced"，并於 隔天变成"Case was approved" 再次感谢版上各位大大提供的回覆 希望我们这次的经验能帮助未来中绿卡乐透并事後打算结婚的人。 ※ 引述《kyle897847 (dim)》之铭言： : 自从上一篇文章询问AOS相关问题，寄出 2人份的DV fee payment 且收到收据後，我和我太 : 太也陆续提交了I-485 package 及按了指纹。 : 前阵子收到今天去面试的通知信，但是面试当下发生以下状况。 : 面试官表示，他们这边并没有收到从KCC提供关於我太太的case ，并询问我们是否有跟KCC : 告知我太太要一并申请的事。 : 由於我们是中签之後才登记，加上我们并没有提交DS-260仅是缴了两人份的DV fee。 : 当我们两人都完成面试後，面试官表示要我们去联系KCC是否能把我太太的case 加进我的ca : se ，他们这边也会同时联系KCC，待收到我太太的资料後他们才能继续接下来步骤。 : 其实过程中还发生面试官电脑坏掉，supervisor 不在之类等状况。 : 目前我们的线上的case status 皆是Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Revi : ewed。 : 这次经验提供给未来如果有人也是中奖後要同时替配偶申办AOS且当初申请绿卡乐透并没有 : 包含配偶家人等，可能要稍微注意一下以免发生类似状况。 : 待得到KCC回信後有更新进度再来回报结果。 --
