想请教一下版上有NIW经验大大:
目前条件如下，TOP 15 美国化工PhD一年级，总引用11，一作两篇，会议一作论文三篇，
无审稿。
Wegreened给的feedback如下:
Your overall credentials (5 publications and 11 citations in the field of Chem
ical Engineering) are relatively moderate, which may lead to challenges from t
he immigration officer whether you are well-positioned to advance your propose
d endeavor. That said, upon further research in our database, we found at leas
t 1 of your papers is cited top 10% in the same or a similar field, compared t
o papers published in the same year. Further, the fact that you have 1 confere
nce poster presentation and 2 conference oral presentations should help to str
engthen your case.
We can offer you a regular service (5000 USD, and if the application for a gre
en card fails, we will refund 50% or refile until your case is approved by the
USCIS.
根据律师回复，亮点为其中一篇一作发表在IF=19.3的期刊。

我的情况比较复杂，原本已经找到加州半导体业的工作打算Quit，谘询系上秘书後，确定
可以毕业，签offer，但最後系上秘书搞错毕业门槛，大概还需要半年才可以拿硕士毕业
，有感於身分造成的困扰，想同时进行其他管道解决身分问题。
问题如下:
1. 想问问是否应该开始着手文件，还是等引用数高一点，拿到Wegreened - Approval or
refund再来申请 (近期内还会再发一篇Journal 3作)，出生地在台湾，没有排期问题。
2. 如果半年後硕士毕业，是否要等到OPT-Extension後再送出NIW申请
