这边提供一个NIW-EB2的文件撰写时程 最大的忠故是 越早开始写这些文件越好 因为有很多事情要处理跟沟通 越早处理到最後阶段越好 不要说为了等H1B或是其他有的没的 而想说晚一点开始没有关系 跟时间赛跑其实是很累人的 最佳状态是全部都准备好 只剩下最後的一键送出而已... 等到全部准备好也半年过去了 我最大的後悔是没有及早开始申请 之前想说让公司出钱自己可以省$4500 (或是赌注H1B会抽到...结果两次都没抽到 另外公司PERM办得超级慢 O-1也没很保险) 现在看来 早一点有绿卡 早一点可以跳槽 转职 换领域等等 不用在同一家公司或领域被绑住多年 我做得好的是可能推荐信很幸运很快准备好 另外一开始文件也很快写好 所以petition letter很快就出来了 做得不好就是应该在OPT一开始 就开始撰写这些文件 另外一开始担心OPT期间送件 STEM-OPT 拿到後就可以一键送出了 (如果要求保险的话) Timeline ATTORNEY FEE: Client agrees to pay flat FOUR THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED Dollars ($4,500.00) for legal services. $2,250 is due upon the execution of the agreement and earned upon Attorney provides the first draft of the recommendation letters.
