标题[问题] I864 补件？（及部分时程/出生证明分享）

大家好，我目前正在申请 CR1 婚姻绿卡
先生是美国公民，我是台湾人，在台湾结婚递件
先生 2019 年来台湾，在台湾目前是自己创业，从 2019 开始就没有美国境内收入
先前提供的财力证明包含：
1. 2020 报税资料（这年在台湾，收入低於贫穷线）
2. 另外补充文件有 2017, 2018 报税资料
（2017/2018 为在美国时的收入，超过说明书要求的贫穷线 125%）
3. 一栋超过贫穷线 125% 且还完贷款的美国房地产，含银行估值文件
另外我本人的收入也超过贫穷线 125%，不过我猜 NVC 应该没有在看这个
目前进度
2021/03/02 Sent I-130 to USICS
2021/08/25 Case approved
2021/08/27 Paid AOS/IV fee
2021/09/07 Submitted I864/AOS supporting documents
2021/09/07 Submitted DS-260 form
2021/12/03 NVC notice: RFE
以下是被要求的补件
1. Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for petitioner
2. This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor
the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit
of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted.

请问各位
1. 先生只有 1099，没有 W2，只上传 1099 会再被 RFE 吗？
2. Joint sponsor 是必要的吗？还是只是建议要有？
3. 因为是自行创业，能提供的只有 a letter from the employer on business
letterhead. 这样会再被 RFE 吗？
另外想分享，关於版上最常见被 REF 的出生证明, 我本来以为我也会被 REF
我照着说明书指示，交了这三项就通过了
1. 户政事务所英文版原始个人除户户籍誊本（含出生栏记事）
2. 出生医院手写的中文出生证明书
3. 户政事务所英文版现户全户户籍誊本
没有公证也不用找人翻译，给未来要递件的人参考看看
