标题[问题] DS 260 勾选同时申请SSN的问题

各位前辈好
表格DS 260其中关於是否同时申请SSN这题
看网友分享如果勾选YES，顺利的话入境美国一两周就会收到SSN
但也有网友分享SSN被卡很久
建议这题勾选No，直接自己跑Social Security Office 很快就办下来了
我们想尽快拿到SSN但又担心这题选不好，会否面试出什麽问题，或是反而更晚拿到ＳＳ
Ｎ
1）请问前辈建议这一题应该如何选？
或有网友最近跑过流程，可分享进度吗～
2）如果预约去office办理是否只能预约1-2周以後的时间？
还是可以walk in 办理呢？
3）另外在填表时＆Review时候发现有落差：
问题一：Have you ever applied for a Social Security number?
Yes/ No
问题二：Do you authorize disclosure of information from this form to the Depar
tment of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, and such other
U.S. Government agencies as may be required for the purposes of assigning you
a social security number (SSN) and issuing you a Social Security card and do
you authorize the Social Security Administration to share your SSN with the De
partment of Homeland Security?
Yes/ No
第一题选No, 第二题不论选Yes or No,
最後在全部Review的时候都会冒出新的一题，而且直接显示勾选YES：
Do you want the Social Security Administration to issue a Social Security numb
er and a card?
强制显示ＹＥＳ，而且是不能更改的。
这样如果问题二勾ＮＯ, 自己跑办公室办理ssn会有问题吗？
