标题[美国] 移民绿卡体检所需分享

大家好，关於绿卡体检的部分，做了备忘录，想分享给需要的人这些资讯:)
移民体检 (须带证件和过往的疫苗接种纪录)
所需疫苗 ：
1. MMR (2 doses)
2. Tdap ( 1 dose, record has to be within 10 years)
3. Varicella (2 doses if you never get chickenpox, not for pregnant women
or woman who wants to get pregnant within 3 months / or blood test for antibod
y)
4. Covid vaccine (2 doses)
5. flu shot (1 dose, if you do the medical exam during flu season )
Fee
include regular blood test, but not include the cost for
any vaccines
Report will be ready in 4 working days
One copy & one sealed in an sealed envelope
p.s. 本人的情况是10/29/2021线上更新寄出RFIE信件
美国保险如果有给付当然最好，如果没有，
你人又刚好在台湾，可以先准备好需要自费的疫苗施打或者验抗体，
至少可以省一半以上的费用，供大家参考。
