June 16, 2021 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Res idence or Adjust Status. June 15, 2021 We ordered your new card. November 20, 2020 We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Regis ter Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. November 2, 2020 We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, App lication to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. August 14, 2020 We received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent R esidence or Adjust Status. I-765 April 30, 2021 Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office May 3, 2021 The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card. April 30, 2021 We mailed your new card your Form I-765, Application for Employme nt Authorization, directly to the address you gave us.
