前面的流程基本上都算顺利，比较离奇的是最近的N-400面试：
疫情关系，只有我本人前往面试。考官说今天他只能帮我面试N-400的部分，I-751的部分
他没有权限，而且我太太也不在场所以不行。我问她说假设今天我太太有跟我来的话呢？
他说也还是不行，他只能先面试N-400的部分并注记是否通过，要等我接下来排到I-751通
过後再一起过。
(好奇怪，跟大部分板友同时N400和I751面试不一样)
进入N-400面试，通过基本的6题口试和读写後，最後一连串回答No的问题，带到了
selective service，他问我有没有注册，我回没有，他说我申请入籍时未满31岁，应该
要注册，不然就是要Selective service system的证明，我回说这是18到26之前申请绿卡
才要申请的(本人1990年初出生)，而我当时都是非移民身分入境，提出I485转换身分时已
经27岁了，根本不符合注册资格，他却坚持说我申请时没看清楚，在31岁之前的话都需要
注册selective service，我解释了老半天他还是坚持如此。最後他给了一张通知，叫我
一个月内再补寄资料回函，内容如下：
Please send your response by mail:
Submit evidence of Selective Service System registration, including the date
registered and your Selective Service number. If you did not register with
the Selective Service System and you:
●Are male;
●Are age 26 to 31 years of age (26-29 years of age if you are filing under
INA section 319(a));
●Were born on or after January 1, 1960; and
●Were residing in the United States between the ages 18 and 26 when you
failed to register and were a permanent resident; a non-immigrant in expired
status; a person present without admission; an asylee; a refugee; or a
parolee; then
Submit a written statement explaining why you failed to register and inculde
a "Status Information Letter" from the Selective Service System. Or, if you
believe you are not required to show Selective Service System registration,
plesase submit an explanation and evidence to support your statement.
我看了一下我根本不符合这个notice所给的条件啊，第二项的括弧部分我不符合，递交时
已经30岁了，超过26-29的范围；第四项的状态也都不符合。
所以接下来该怎麽办？寄信解释我根本不需要注册Selective service？需要附上哪些资
料佐证吗？还需要去SSS的网站申请Status Information Letter吗？
顺便抱怨一下，我的绿卡09/2019到期，之前申请I751时又延长18个月到03/2021，之前才
到期可是又没收到新的延长信，所以面试完顺便想请考官盖I-551 stamp，结果他也说他
没办法盖，只能去楼下的Infopass盖章。结果Infopass的柜台说要有电话预约才给进，搞
了老半天还得再另外找时间去预约盖I-551章，真麻烦...
查了一下好像没有人碰过这麽奇怪的问题，烦请各位解惑，谢谢
