标题[问题] I-765填表问题

各位好,最近在准备申请combo卡
对I-765的item 26.有点疑惑
26.student and exchange visitor information system (sevis) number (if any)
我入境时是J-1 visa, DS-2019上有SEVIS number
但是去年已经转成H1-b了,不知道是否要填上以前number
查到有教学是说只写目前有效的F或J
我自己对Instruction的理解是以前有过的就要填
If you were issued a SEVIS number, enter it in the space provided.
请问有经验的板友,这一栏需要填吗
