自己上来回报一下 律师回应说如果我们要改申请L1签证会导致绿卡被拒绝
"Your spouse can continue to use her H-4 visa to travel to the U.S. as it is a
dual intent status. Since her current visa stamp expires in November 2020,
she will be required to obtain a new H-4 visa stamp to return to the U.S. at
the time of the wedding celebration. Extending her H-4 status and obtaining a
new visa will not interfere with the Green Card petition. It is only when an
applicant requests to change from one visa status to another that results in
USCIS denying the Green Card petition."
所以我们打算等拿到EAD先来美国工作，人一到美国马上开始申请AP
然後祈祷年底前可以拿到回台湾办婚礼
这里我又产生一个问题:
如果年底前还没拿到AP，但有机会先去面试，
我们可以先离境，然後她在台湾等
一直到绿卡下来(if approved) 我再带着卡去跟她一起入境
这样计画是可行的吗?
可能的风险是绿卡没过 人也回不了美国?
