各位版友好， 今天最新2020年1月的Visa Bulletin(VB)已经公布，如同前几个月预告，EB3在表B出现排 期倒退一年。另外参考Visa Availability章节说法，连EB2在财年下半年都有可能出现排 期，EB3则预计最晚会在3月。之前记得版主说过按照过去历史，EB3排期倒退最多为半年 ，真没想到这次一口气出现一年的状况。是否代表从3月起EB-3 表A开始出现cut-off date到2018年呢? 有询问律师，以目前最新的EB3公布来看，他认为表A应该要早於表B， 不知为何表A是current，反而表B是有排期状况。还请版主或是了解的版友释疑，谢谢大 家。底下为VB资料整理： EB2(表A/表B): Current/Current EB3(表A/表B): Current/Jan 1, 2019 Employment Second: Worldwide: A date will most likely be imposed at some point during the second half of the fiscal year Employment Third: Worldwide: A date will most likely be imposed no later than March The above final action date projections for the Family and Employment categories indicate what is likely to happen on a monthly basis through April or May.
