标题[问题] H4/AP/EAD 出境问题

大家好 最近绿卡走到即将要送485阶段
我是H1B 老婆H4
想在送485时帮老婆申请EAD让她工作
但我们农历年想回台湾
今天律师跟我说
Please note that you must be in the U.S. when we file your green card applicat
ions and you must remain in the U.S. until the EAD/AP cards are approved. If
you travel on your H-1B or H-4 visa while the AP application is pending, this
application will be denied. It isn't that critical for you but if your wife w
ould like to work, then she will also need the AP to travel. You can continue
using your H-1B visa for travel.
律师说如果combo card pending 时出境 combo card会被拒绝 跟板上说的不一样
想来确认一下 谢谢
