版友们好， 目前除了大家最关心的S386法案发展之外，这边分享看到移民律师分享关於新的财年各类 EB每月走势预测，文章连结(http://tinyurl.com/y4c3qv8h)，为国务院负责visa control 的主管Charles Oppenheim分享给美国移民律师协会的资讯，小弟针对EB2/EB3节录如下： EB2: EB-2 India will continue to have limited forward movement for the foreseeable future. Due to overall increase in EB-2 China, it is not expected to see a full recovery in FY2020. At this point, demand is within the amount of available numbers to satisfy the needs for EB-2 Worldwide so it should remain current. Should increasing levels of demand begin to materialize it may necessitate setting a final action date for EB-2 Worldwide at some point during the second half of the fiscal year. EB3: There may be irregularity in movement for these categories because there is currently not as much visibility into pending demand. EB-3 India will have little if any forward movement until possibly January 2020. EB-3 China does not appear to have the same level of demand at this time, but it is possible that EB-2 downgrades will impact movement of the EB-3 China date later in FY2020. At this point, demand is keeping pace with available numbers to satisfy the needs for EB-3 Worldwide. If demand increases in the coming months, it may require setting a final action date for EB-3 Worldwide later in the fiscal year. 另外参考FY2020 October Visa Bulletin针对EB2/EB3的visa availability in coming months说明段落，EB2/EB3 (Rest of World: ROW)为current，同时着明 "The above final action date projections for the Family and Employment categories indicate what is likely to happen on a monthly basis through January. The determination of the actual monthly final action dates is subject to fluctuations in applicant demand and a number of other variables." 所以参考这些资讯，EB2/EB3若因需求增长，将会使用final action date，不知道是否代 表会出现排期? 还尚请版大和了解的版友们不吝分享看法。当然如果S386通过，这些预测 就会再调整，我们密切观察。 --
