(priority date) 08/16/2018 PERM - approved. 10/18/2018 I140/I485/I765/I131 - filed. 10/26/2018 I140 - approved. 11/09/2018 I485/I765 - biometrics appointment scheduled. 11/29/2018 I485/I765 - biometrics appointment. 12/19/2018 I765/I131 (spouse) - approved. 01/09/2019 I131 - approved. 02/04/2019 I765 - approved. 05/31/2019 I485 - interview scheduled. 07/05/2019 I485 - interviewed and approved. 07/12/2019 I485 - GC received. ========================================================================== [准备材料] 下面是我律师要我们面试准备的材料，我觉得非常有用，给大家参考。 *·Your original appointment letter (candidate and spouse) *·Driver's License (candidate and spouse) ·EAD / AP combo card (candidate and spouse) ·Including any expired EAD Cards (e.g. F1 OPT) ·Social Security Card (candidate and spouse) *·Your most recent I-94 record (candidate and spouse) ·Your Federal tax returns for the past 2 years (only one copy needed if filed jointly) *·Form W-2s *·Updated letter from your employer confirming your employment and salary *·3-4 Recent Paystubs/Pay statements ·I-797 I-140 Approval Notice (soft copy is fine) *·Valid Passport (candidate and spouse) ·Expired passports that you have used to travel into the U.S. (candidate and spouse) *·Original Birth Certificate, with English translation (if applicable) (candidate and spouse) *·Original marriage certificate with translation (if applicable) *·Evidence to show that your marriage is bona fide (if married): - joint bank or credit card statements, - lease or evidence of joint property ownership, - insurance beneficiary information, photos. ·Most recent I-20 ·If you can bring all prior I-20s that will be the best practice [注1] 後面有括弧写candidate and spouse的就是两人都要带， 没有特别写的，就是主申请人带就可以。 [注2] 前面我有打星号(*)的，就是我实际面试当天有被要求要看的。 ========================================================================== [面试] 从收到面试通知到实际面试大约是一个月，面试当天会安检， 流程大概跟机场安检差不多。 我面试那天人很多，安检整个大排长龙，排到楼外去了，请大家留点时间给安检， 不要不小心迟到就不好了。 我很幸运，被问的都是非常基本的题目： 1. 名字 2. 出生年月日 3. 你爸妈叫什麽名字 4. 你之前是什麽身份(什麽VISA) 5. 你最後一次入境是什麽时候 用什麽身份入境 6. I485 yes/no 所有问题 面试完给了我们一张单子，说2到4周会有面试结果， 但是我们离开半小时就收到Status Update成New Card Is Being Produced， 一周後就收到绿卡了，算是效率蛮高的XD ========================================================================== [EAD 加急] 当初我老婆的combo card比我这个主申请人还早下来，明明就是一起送出申请， 我却迟迟没被approve。 因为当时OPT快要过期了，很着急地想尽办法想让他快点下来， 於是就联系了我辖区内的congresswoman还有加州的两个senator。 很多人问说要怎麽找，这边提供一点心得。 Congressman/Congresswoman 基本上你要上网用你的zipcode去查， 看管你辖区的是谁。 Senator就比较简单，直接Google你的州名和Senator就可以， 一个州只会有两个Senator。 找到後就去他们的官网上找他们的联络方式，基本上都会有个移民专区， 告诉你怎麽联系他们。 我遇到的都是线上填个问券，然後留你的email，他们过几天会回覆你。 几本上议员本人不会自己回覆你，都是底下的工作人员跟你联系。 他们会寄给你一张表，你填完要签名再传回去给他们。 然後他们就会帮你打电话给移民局帮你「关切」一下。 除了联络议员，你也可以打给USCIS自己加急，但是电话要等很久， 我打了几次都等了40几分钟才接通。 自己加急的话要跟接线员说明加急的理由，理由不能自己乱掰， USCIS官网上有列出4种他们接受的理由： 1. Severe financial loss to a company or person, provided that the need for urgent action is not the result of the petitioner's or applicant's failure to: - File the benefit request or the expedite request in a reasonable time frame, or - Respond to any requests for additional evidence in a reasonably timely manner; 2. Urgent humanitarian reasons; 3. Compelling U.S. government interests (such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense or DHS, or other public safety or national security interests); or 4. Clear USCIS error. 大家打电话前先看清楚是否自己的情况符合上面任何一条，不然可能会被接线员打枪， 这样就浪费很多时间了。 ========================================================================== [後记] 最後，我想感谢移民板的资讯还有热心回答问题的板主， 祝大家一切顺利 :) --
