标题[问题] NIW I-485 疑问

大家好
最近在准备要file出去的package
看到I-485有一句
If you filed Form I-140 as self-petitioner, you must intend to work in the occ
upational field specified in the Form I-140. You must provide a signed stateme
nt confirming this intent, unless you are filing Form I-485 together with your
Form I-140.
想请问如果现在有工作且跟i-140领域相同
是employment letter就算通过这个statement的要求了吗
还是必须要自己再拟一个statement证明自己以後也会继续在这个领域
