从这个版获得很多讯息 来回报一下 Category: EB2-NIW Service Center: NSC(140) TSC(485) Education: PhD in natural science (US) Status: H1B Papers: 3 journals (2 first author), 5x citations when submitted Reference: 2 dependent (US), 4 independent (3 US, 1 Swiss) Reviewer experience:2 journals (need to review >10) 12/03/2015 attorney contract signed (VC) 06/21/2016 I-140 package mailed to NSC 06/23/2016 I-140 receive date (Matter of Dhanasar) 07/07/2017 I-140 approved 07/12/2017 attorney contract signed (VC) (retrogressions) 10/06/2017 I-485 package mailed to TSC 10/10/2017 I-485/I-765/I-131 recieve date 11/08/2017 Biometrics 11/29/2017 Transfer to NBC 01/17/2018 Interview notice 01/21/2018 I-765/I-131 approved 01/24/2018 EAD combo card mailed 02/20/2018 Interview 02/21/2018 I-485 approved 02/26/2018 Green card mailed 03/01/2018 Green card received 心得 (1) 虽然 140 过的时候一直觉得早知道等这麽久 485 一起可能会比较快收到 然後去年只收到八月就停了 所以一直到十月才送 不过 485 送到 TSC 瞬间加速 如果当初一起可能现在还在苦等 NSC 而且体检可能会过期 所以算是塞翁失马 (2) 140 律师帮忙有差 485其实可以自己来 只是自己来的话文件要念清楚 (3) interview 的感觉是有点态度或是生手的 officer 一开始念错名字所以找不到人 然後讲话有点不清楚 过程基本上就是看基本资料对不对 要自己讲出所有 485 资料 所有 485 问题他重问一遍 律师建议带了资料 我自己带了包括 140 相关 全部没看 只确定有给 J1 waiver 在 485 资料里 然後收走新的 employment letter 最後给一张今天面试结果 勾选今天面是不需再补件 但是有必要的话会再要求 如果 120 天内没消息再去问他们 後来的 notice 看来是面试隔天把 case 结束 (4) 我的online status 算蛮准的 从 140 到 485 倒是简讯都只有收到申请时才有 後面变动都没有简讯过 当天面试完 晚上 online status 变成"the interview was completed, my case must be reviewed" 紧张一下 过两天就变成 the new card is ordered (5) citation 最早听说是 100 但後来送之前 14(大概就是 Dhanasar) 尤其现在改过规则 不知道还有没有一个大概标准 要收集 independent reference 也不容易 所以 citation 太少会有困难 不过还是强调自己的领域和贡献比较重要 以前听说要放像 AAAS member 这种 不过 VC 说不用 应该还是再 petition letter 怎麽突出自己对美国有哪些贡献吧 (6) EAD 还蛮快的 在现在要快四个月的现在 居然是在 100 天左右 interview 决定 看来是和 EAD 一起过的 只是 interview 还要转到 local office 记得有一星期是停在 we will send you notice 之类的 然後才变成 interview is scheduled 如果有想起甚麽就再补充 希望大家也顺利收到 --
