标题[问题] 美国依亲移民结婚证书问题

大家好，我帮父母申请依亲移民，递交的结婚证书被退件
我当时给的是户政事务所的英文版结婚证书，
却被说from the incorrect issuing authority
请问我应该如何修正这部份？

退件原文:
The document we received is from the incorrect issuing authority.
Please send a copy of the applicant's original marriage certificate,
or a copy of the certified marriage document, bearing the appropriate
seal or stamp of the issuing authority. If the certificate is a certified
copy of the original, it must come from the issuing government authority
and it must contain annotation by the issuing government authority
indicating that it is an extract from the official records.
