出生证明 英文版偏户户籍誊本RFE 您好 办理F2A移民目前走CR流程，当初送上户政事务所英文版偏户户籍誊本影本但收到RFE文件 (申请时跟户政沟通说要"原始"的但户政说没有原始的英文版，最後用上的是出生时的户 籍地址)，有几点希望能跟大家请教: 1. RFE上说If the certificate is a photocopy of the certified original document, it must come from the issuing government authority and it must contain annotation by the issuing authority indicating that it is an extract from the official records. 是否问题出在我送上的是自己的扫描影印版而非户政的影本呢? 这个加注(it is an extract from the official records)我并没有在户籍誊 本上找到，要如何因应? 2. https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country/TW.html 网页上提到台湾应该要有 A properly certified extract will have a statement stamped on it, and will be impressed with the seal of the household registration in red ink. 请问 这个中文名词跟户政沟通的吗? 3. 上述网页也提到Immigrant visa applicants are required to submit a current household registration record, as well as a birth certificate. Applicants who are unable to obtain their birth certificate may provide their original household registration record as an alternative to the birth certificate requirement. 根据上次跟户政沟通的结果并没有原始的英文版户籍誊本， 户政认为的原始户籍誊本是个手抄影印版，版上大家说有原始英文户籍誊本请问是怎样跟 户政拿到的呢? 4. 户政事务所有中文版的出生证明，是否应申请这个然後翻译再找法院公证及外交 部认证呢? 或是有其他建议? 谢谢!! --
