Supplement J:
听说是今年(2017)开始, I-485 及 I-140 不是同时一起申请的就要缴 Supplement J.
(公司人资会准备)
I-693 (Medical exam):
律师说不确定 EB3 要排队多久, 要我等到RFE再准备这个.
I-485的出生证明:
我在户政事务所拿: 英文户籍誊本, 个人的非全户.
退伍令?:
网路上会有人说要准备退伍令翻译, 原本让我想到需要公证翻译什麽的很紧张.
其实如果当过兵,
律师助理会在 I-485 申请表格的最後加上类似这段句子:
As a male citizen of Taiwan, I was obligated to render (mandatory) military
service. I served as an xxxx Specialist in the Army unit from xxxxxx to
xxxxxx. During my service, I received weapons training.
这样就OK了.
