Category: EB2 Service Center: NSC Education: Master-MSE Occupation: Semiconductor engineer 2014/03/31 Relocated to California and begin the work with L1B visa 2014/10/17 PERM initiated after HR/Finance/Manger approved 2015/04/15 Prevailing Wage request filed with DOL 2015/06/15 DOL prevailng wage determination, & PERM recruitment started 2015/07/20 Job order and Ad posting closed, 30 days cool-off began. 2015/07/23 A Layoff was in company and similar job positions were eliminated. 2015/09/xx Another Layoff was in company and similar jobs were terminated. 2016/04/04 PERM filed with DOL 2016/07/27 PERM certified and approved. 2016/09/08 I-140 (EB2) filed with PP ; worldwide I-485 not in current 2016/09/20 I-140 approved 2016/10/07 I-485/765/131 EB2 filed 2016/11/19 my EAD/AP combo card sent 2016/12/07 my fingerprint collected 2017/02/14 my spouse's fingerprint collected 2017/02/17 My spouse's EAD/AP combo card sent. 2017/04/05 RFE received (I-693 new form/Birth Certificate/I-485 J form) 2017/05/15 Response to RFE w/ old household transcript 2017/06/06 I-485 approved (w/ spouse) 2017/06/09 green cards were mailed 2017/06/15 green cards are received 首先,感谢板上大大跟板主的回答. 原本以为要推到10月才有可能拿到,而且还预期会有第二次的rfe发生 没想到USCIS竟然接受我最早的户籍誊本在rfe 回覆文件里 (我有另外附上travel.state.gov里面台湾地区关於出生文件的说明) 後面这一个月,一直担心旧的户籍誊本被退件,一直麻烦在台湾的家人跑区公所超过18次. 最後也没用上场,就通过绿卡的rfe审核了 我们的绿卡申请经历差不多有2年8个月,相比板上多数人实际多出将近有一年. 期间遇到两次公司裁员在2015年,然後中间公司还换过移民律师事务所. 一开始的PERM流程,我并没有积极地盯住律师作业效率,导致用时超过半年没来及通过 然後後面就遇上裁员,不然应该是可以早个半年到一年以上拿到绿卡 祝福大家在申请绿卡过程中能比我们更顺利更快速通过申请跟审查. --
