标题[问题] i140 receipt number 查不到

请问各位前辈
我老婆在四月中的时候收到了i140 receipt number
我们上USCIS查status但是一直说是无效的receipt number
我在网上也看到很多人有一样的问题
有人说打电话去可以听到目前的状态
我刚刚也打了电话
但是他依然跟我说not found..
请问这是正常的吗?
或是有没有方法确认这个receipt number是真的
因为这是透过美国人力仲介办的
我老婆人在台湾
所以仲介公司是用scan的方式寄给她的
我应该要担心吗?
