标题[心得] EB2进度分享

2008/9 -> F1 stuednt visa (wife F2)
2012/10 -> OPT start
2013/10 -> working under H1 (wife H4)
2014/12 -> H1 transfer to another company
2015/1/20 -> start Green Card application (EB2)
2015/5/21 -> prevealing wage got, start recruiment
2015/10/1 -> Perm apply
2016/3/23 -> perm certified
2016/4/26 -> file i140 and i485 with PP (wife i485 together)
2016/5/11 -> combo card got
2016/5/31 -> finger print
2016/10/6 -> i485 apprived (both me and my wife)
2016/10/13 -> card mailed (2 cards)
2016/10/17 -> Got the card (2 cards)
来美国也八年多了
总算拿到绿卡了
中间因为因为没有绿卡买卖房屋被预扣了一笔税
IRS过了一年多才退我钱
以及没身分找工作就是比较麻烦
还有在准备申请i485时因老婆怀孕
所以体检就比较麻烦
当地一家civil surgeon完全不受理,叫我们生完再去
另一家愿意受理，从妇产科医师那里取得已打疫苗，还是有一项从缺
医生愿意帮我们签名并备注因为怀孕所以有缺一样
原本有预期生产完会需要去补打
结果直接就过了，也算是幸运
