标题[问题] follow-to-join Affidavit of Support

请问
我的绿卡身份是EB2取得, 现在帮配偶与小孩送 Follow-to-join 申请件到NVC
其中有个要 Affidavit of Support form
现在在看这个说明书

You filed an employment petition (Form I-140 or I-526) and you own less than five percent of the business entity that filed the petition.
这是指我们的情况吗? 配偶的ftj是不是也是依照我的 employment petition?
所以我就不需要送 Affidavit of Support form 了
