版上的各位大大好，我有RFE的问题想问问看大家这样处理是对的吗? 我先生的I-485大概是两个礼拜前通过的，不过我的I-485这礼拜被通知需要RFE 看起来这RFE应该是蛮简单的，但为了保险起见，还是想跟大家确定一下 我的对於RFE的要求认知跟回应是否正确，以下是RFE要求的文件 1. To establish the relationship you claim with the principal applicant, you must submit a copy of your marriage certificate which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the State in which you were married. The document sumitted was not registered with of issued by the civil authorities. 看样子我之前寄给移民局的结婚证书(如右图)不对: http://imgur.com/a/pq0CD 以下是我要补寄给移民局的结婚证书(旧金山市政府): http://imgur.com/a/Y7hPl 不知道这张补寄的结婚证书是不是符合以上叙述的要求 2. Your application is missing proof of your lawful admission to the United States. Submit a copy of the Form I-94, Arrival/Departure Record issued to you upon your last admission to the U.S. prior to filing your Form I-485. 其实我有把我最近的I-94寄给移民局，但是可能是他们搞丢了 所以，我只要补寄一份 I-94 copy 给他们就好吗? 3. In addition to the above, provide a copy of all petition/application approval notices (Form I-797) issued to you by USCIC granting you extensions or change of nonimmigrant or other status. 我之前的非移民状态是 F-1 OPT，然後在五月中的时候，跟我老公一起 file I-485 所以我应该算是没有任何 nonimmigrant or other staus 的改变? 还是我需要寄给移民局我收到的 I-765/I-131 (EAD/AP) approval notice呢? 不知道还有没有什麽文件，在上面的叙述中应该要补寄，但是我没有注意到的呢? 非常谢谢大家的帮忙~ 谢谢.... --
